When a purchase is made through the Purchase Feature, the Company may provide the User's name, delivery address, and purchase details to the relevant Furniture/Interior Business Operator to the extent necessary for fulfillment.
The Company may share anonymized statistical information with affiliated partners for service improvement and analytics purposes.
当社は、本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、個人情報の取り扱いを以下のような委託先に委託することがあります。委託に際しては、委託先の選定・管理を適切に行います。
The Company may outsource personal information handling to the following types of service providers to the extent necessary for providing the Service. The Company appropriately selects and supervises all outsourcees.
当社は、AIモデルAPIおよびクラウドサービスを利用しており、これらのサーバーが日本国外（米国等）に所在するため、ユーザーの個人情報が日本国外に移転される場合があります。

The Company uses AI model APIs and cloud services whose servers may be located outside Japan (e.g., USA). As a result, Users' personal information may be transferred internationally.

The Company retains personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of use. Indicative retention periods are as follows.

当社は、個人情報の漏洩・滅失・毀損を防止するため、以下の安全管理措置を講じています。
個人情報の漏洩等のインシデントが発生した場合、当社は速やかに個人情報保護委員会への報告（重大な場合は72時間以内を目標）および影響を受けるユーザーへの通知を行います。
The Company implements the following security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
In the event of a data breach, the Company will promptly report to the Personal Information Protection Commission (within 72 hours for serious breaches) and notify affected Users.

Users have the following rights regarding their personal information held by the Company.

本サービスは18歳以上の方を対象としています。当社は、18歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集しません。18歳未満の方が誤って個人情報を提供されたことが判明した場合、当社は速やかに当該情報を削除します。
保護者の方で、お子様が個人情報を提供された可能性がある場合は、第12条記載の窓口までご連絡ください。
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. The Company does not intentionally collect personal information from users under 18. If such collection is discovered, the Company will promptly delete the information.
Parents or guardians who believe their child may have provided personal information should contact us via the channel in Article 12.
