本規約において使用する主な用語の定義は以下のとおりです。
The following terms are used in these Terms as defined below.
本規約は、一般ユーザーの利用に適用されます。不動産事業者および家具・インテリア事業者については、本規約に加え、別途締結する個別契約が優先して適用されます。
本規約に定めのない事項については、当社のプライバシーポリシーおよびその他の規程・ガイドラインが適用されます。これらが本規約と矛盾する場合は、本規約が優先します。
These Terms apply to General Users. For Real Estate Business Operators and Furniture/Interior Business Operators, individual agreements separately concluded take precedence over these Terms where applicable.
Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by the Company's Privacy Policy and other regulations. In case of conflict, these Terms shall prevail.
本サービスは、18歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。18歳未満の方は、本サービスを利用することができません。
18歳以上であっても、過去に本規約違反により利用停止等の措置を受けた方は、当社の事前の書面による承諾がない限り、本サービスを利用することができません。
当社は、ユーザーが前各項の要件を満たすことを確認するための措置を講じることができます。
The Service is available only to users aged 18 and above. Users under 18 may not use the Service.
Even users aged 18 or above who have previously had their usage suspended for violations of these Terms may not use the Service without prior written consent from the Company.
The Company may take measures to verify that Users meet the requirements set forth above.
一部の機能を利用するにはアカウント登録が必要です。ユーザーは、登録フォームに正確な情報を入力するものとします。
ユーザーは、登録した情報に変更があった場合、速やかに当社所定の方法で更新するものとします。
ユーザーは、アカウントのID・パスワードを自己の責任において厳重に管理し、第三者に開示・貸与・譲渡してはなりません。
ユーザーのID・パスワードが第三者に使用されたことによって生じた損害は、当社の故意または重大な過失によるものを除き、当社は責任を負いません。
Account registration is required to use certain features. Users must provide accurate information on the registration form.
Users must promptly update their registered information through the Company's prescribed method if any changes occur.
Users are solely responsible for managing their account ID and password and must not disclose, lend, or transfer them to any third party.
The Company is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of a User's ID or password by a third party, except in cases of the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
当社は、本サービスとして以下の機能を提供します。
本サービスの内容は、事前の予告なく変更・追加・廃止される場合があります。本サービスは日本国内を主な対象として提供されます。
The Company provides the following features as the Service.
Service content may be changed, added to, or discontinued without prior notice. The Service is primarily intended for use within Japan.
本サービスのAI機能が生成する間取り提案はあくまでも参考情報です。実際の不動産・建物への適合性、生活ニーズへの適合性、専門的な建築基準への適合性等について、当社は一切保証しません。
AI生成コンテンツに基づく判断・行動により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重大な過失によるものを除き、当社は責任を負いません。ユーザーは最終的な判断を自己の責任において行うものとします。
AI生成コンテンツの著作権は当社に帰属します。ユーザーは、本サービスの利用目的の範囲内でのみ、AI生成コンテンツを使用することができます。
Floor layout suggestions generated by the Service's AI are for reference purposes only. The Company makes no guarantees regarding suitability for actual properties, living needs, or professional architectural standards.
The Company is not liable for damages arising from decisions or actions based on AI-Generated Content, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Users are solely responsible for their final decisions.
Copyright of AI-Generated Content belongs to the Company. Users may use AI-Generated Content only within the scope of the Service's intended purpose.
本サービスの購入機能を通じた家具・インテリアの売買契約は、ユーザーと当該商品の販売主体である家具・インテリア事業者との間で成立します。当社は当該売買契約の当事者にはなりません。
販売事業者の情報（事業者名、住所、電話番号、返品・交換条件等）は、購入手続き画面において個別に表示されます。ユーザーは購入前に必ずご確認ください。
返品・交換・キャンセル等に関するお問い合わせは、原則として販売事業者に直接お申し出ください。当社は、取引の円滑化に向けて合理的な範囲で協力しますが、売買契約上の義務を負いません。
Sales contracts for furniture and interiors through the Service's Purchase Feature are concluded between the User and the relevant Furniture/Interior Business Operator. The Company is not a party to such contracts.
Seller information (business name, address, phone number, return/exchange conditions, etc.) is displayed individually on the purchase screen. Users must review this information before purchasing.
Inquiries regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations should be directed to the seller. The Company will cooperate within reasonable limits but bears no contractual obligations under the sales contract.
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service.
当社は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合、事前の通知なくサービスの全部または一部を停止・中断することができます。
前項の停止・中断により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重大な過失によるものを除き、当社は責任を負いません。
The Company may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases.
The Company is not liable for damages caused by such suspension, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
本サービスのシステム、デザイン、テキスト、画像、プログラム等に関する一切の知的財産権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属し、本規約上の利用許諾はかかる知的財産権の譲渡または移転を意味しません。
ユーザーが本サービスに入力したライフスタイル情報等のデータに関する権利はユーザーに帰属します。ただし、ユーザーは当社に対し、本サービスの提供・改善・研究開発の目的で当該データを無償・非独占的・世界的に利用することを許諾するものとします。
All intellectual property rights in the Service's system, design, text, images, programs, and other elements belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. The license granted under these Terms does not constitute a transfer or assignment of such intellectual property rights.
Rights to data such as lifestyle information input by Users into the Service belong to the Users. However, Users grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use such data for the purpose of providing, improving, and developing the Service.
当社は、本サービスの利用に際してユーザーから取得した個人情報を、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従い適切に取り扱います。
The Company handles personal information obtained from Users through the Service in accordance with its separately established Privacy Policy.
当社は、本サービスがユーザーの特定の目的に適合すること、期待する機能・商品的価値・正確性・有用性を有すること、および特定の品質を有することについて保証しません。
当社の責任は、消費者契約法その他適用される強行法規により排除できない範囲を除き、当社の故意または重大な過失の場合に限り、かつユーザーが直接かつ現実に被った損害に限るものとし、逸失利益・間接損害・特別損害・結果的損害等については責任を負いません。
本サービスが有償サービスとして提供されている場合の損害賠償額の上限は、ユーザーが当社に支払った直近12か月分の金額とします。
The Company makes no warranty that the Service meets Users' specific purposes, has expected functionality, accuracy, or usefulness, or possesses any particular quality.
Except to the extent required by applicable mandatory laws, the Company's liability is limited to direct and actual damages caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The Company is not liable for lost profits, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Where the Service is provided as a paid service, the maximum liability shall be the total amount paid by the User to the Company in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
当社は、ユーザーが以下のいずれかに該当すると合理的に判断した場合、事前通知なくアカウントの停止・削除等の措置を講じることができます。
ユーザーは、当社所定の手続きによりいつでも退会（アカウント削除）することができます。
The Company may suspend or delete accounts without notice if it reasonably determines that a User falls under any of the following.
Users may withdraw (delete their account) at any time through the Company's prescribed procedure.
当社は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、当社ウェブサイト・アプリ内に掲示した時点から効力を生じます。
変更が重要なものと当社が判断する場合には、本サービス内の通知等により事前にお知らせします。変更後に本サービスの利用を継続した場合、ユーザーは変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect upon posting on the Company's website or app.
For material changes, the Company will provide advance notice through the Service. Continued use of the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
本規約は、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。
本サービスに関して当社とユーザーの間で生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising between the Company and Users in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
